Ben Manski (JD, MA) studies social movements, constitutionalism, and democracy in order to better understand and strengthen democratization. Manski practiced public interest law for eight years and is nearing completion of a PhD in Sociology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is the founder of the Liberty Tree Foundation, an Associate Fellow with the Institute for Policy Studies, a Research Assistant with the Earth Research Institute, and a Research Fellow with the Next System Project.
