Stephanie Geller has served as a research specialist for the Democracy Collaborative since 2012. Her work in the community wealth building field began in the mid-1990s when she provided research support to the Collaborative’s co-founder, Gar Alperovitz. Stephanie also serves as the community wealth building strategist at Strong City Baltimore, where she is spearheading an initiative aiming to nurture a stronger, vibrant, sustainable city economy based on inclusiveness, equity, and broad, local ownership.
