The NEW Group serves as a virtual policy think tank and communications resource for civil society groups building the New Economy.
The Institute for Policy Studies, YES! Magazine, the Living Economies Forum, New Economy Coalition, Institute for Local Self-Reliance and the Democracy Collaborative, plus individual member Gus Speth have joined together to launch the New Economy Working Group to put forward a bold vision and implementing strategy for a New Economy that works for people and the living systems on which their well-being depends.
The mission of the NEWGroup is to support the articulation and popularization of a bold, coherent, holistic, compelling, and accessible vision of unrealized economic possibility.
