YES! Magazine reframes the biggest problems of our time in terms of their solutions.

YES! Magazine is a non-profit, ad-free magazine that covers topics of social justice, environmental sustainability, alternative economics, and peace. The magazine is published by Positive Futures Network, founded by David Korten and Sarah van Gelder; Korten’s wife, Fran Korten, is the publisher. It features community-based solutions and “supports people’s active engagement in creating a more just, sustainable, and compassionate world”.

Issues of YES! explore a specific issue in depth, and provide resources so that readers may become involved in that issue. Previous issues have covered solutions to the energy crisis, local economies, water preservation, and on the New Economy.

YES! Magazine empowers people with the vision and tools to create a healthy planet and vibrant communities. We do this by: Reframing issues and outlining a path forward; Giving a voice to the people who are making change; Offering resources to use and pass along.

Online and in print, we outline a path forward with in-depth analysis, tools for citizen engagement, and stories about real people working for a better world.
